We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making, and we never buy or sell contact lists.
To answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps you take towards us prior to a possible contract.
The three partners of Executive Office Partners, and no one else. Two technical providers host this data on our behalf without using it: Netlify (website hosting and form handling) and our email provider. These providers may store data outside the European Union, under the contractual safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
The “Book a slot” button opens the Cal.com service. The information you enter there is processed by that provider to arrange the meeting, under its own privacy policy.
Three years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted. If an engagement begins, contract-related data follows the applicable statutory retention periods.
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, or object to its processing. A simple request to contact@eo.partners is enough; we reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr.
This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own servers, with no call to a third-party service. No analytics tool is currently installed on this website; if we add one, this page will be updated to name it.
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data sent through the form travels encrypted, and access to the messages received is restricted to the partners.
